Is it correct to say also that SpringTree will own around 50%+ (as the top share price conversion is 7.3c) of PRR by the time the notes are all converted and will have massive bargaining power over the company and management? Obviously the only way that it wont be 50+ is if a significant amount of new shares are placed or all the oppies are converted, etc. It would also be in SpringTree's interests to hold the share price down as they get more shares on each conversion until near the very end, which is around 3 years away.
