In Feb 2015 Narhex Life Sciences Ltd. acquired ResApp Diagnostics Pty Ltd. to become ResApp Health Ltd. Tony Keating (TK) joined as CEO 02.07.2015 and Brian Leedman (BL) as non-exec. Director 19.02.2016. He resigned on 28.12..2017 and re-joined ResApp on 18.05.2021 according to various ASX announcements.
Since 2015 ResApp raised A$39.9m from shareholders (e.g., placements, vendor offer, conversion of options, etc.). In the same period TK and BL received salaries, fees and options&rights of A$3.45m and A$1.46m, respectively. I leave up to shareholders to judge the performance of the BoD - particularly TK and BL - in light of the Pfizer take-over offer.
