Leading financial services group, FNB Namibia Holdings, has launched a new investment bank, RMB Namibia, a joint venture with one of Africa�s leading investment bank, Rand Merchant Bank South Africa.

The new unit will be headed by Extract Resources chairman, Steve Galloway.

RMB Namibia will provide services such as Black Economic Empowerment structuring and financing, debt and equity finance, underwriting finance packages.......
