Good level headed post Sugadante.

I want to be optimistic but I believe Thor need $2-3 million to take the heat off.
The $1 million loan is a good start and far better than raising it through a placement, but it is only a stop gap until more funds can be raised.

From reading the announcement it appears that the next capital raising planned may be an offer to shareholders. They still need a lot of money and whether long suffering shareholders are willing to throw more money into Thor begs another question.

They will need to show me something substantial before I'll give them any more money. For starters they need open communication channels with shareholders. I tried the mobile number on Thor's website the other day and got some guy who claims no affiliation with Thor and told me they have the wrong number on their website!
