someone taking a position in UUV, I've seen this type of buying on other stocks and it's not retail. typically this type of stock would be off limits to fund managers etc. the CEO doesn't have any previous history in public companies hence the failed CR and 3 cents and tumble down to here. however she does specialise in negotiation and had a long stint at bae systems and strong ties with the defence sector. she has also reduced spending and obtained several stage one defence contracts. fingers crossed stage two contracts coming out this year.
