18 companies...I think your confusing imperium3 with Terra-E?

As far as I am aware magnis is to supply raw material to Terra-E and not necessarily part of that consortium.

Regarding the ownership of the other factories, magnis is clearly 1/3 share of imperium3. Whether imperium3 is the sole owner of the battery plant or if companies such as Kodak, C&D Assembly, and Primet precision have a share is still to be determined. So the question is how much share of the Townsville and New York factories (not the TerraE factories) is owned by Imperium 3? I would dare say a large majority
