"The SP was averaging at 1.6 prior to the announcement. We'll get 1 for ever 2 shares so the SP (i beleive) is were it should be already and has taken into account the upcoming CR (i.e. 100 shares @ 1.6 = $160 / 150 shares post entitlement @ todays price of ~1.0 = $150) - so this has already been factored into the SP."
