funding for tindalo - 9.7mil in cash??

Looking for ideas comments here please.

NDO had 9.7mil cash at 30th June.
Galoc offline for July/Aug - so assume cash at 30th Sept will be about $8 mil.

Cash at 30th Dec if all goes well, would perhaps be 14 million??

Tindalo to be built within a few months of December.

Construction costs?? Haven't seen any indication, what would be an accurate estimate?? 30-40 million??
NDO have 60%.

My point being, the cash isn't going to cover it.

Will they issue convertible notes? Can they get some other sort of debt financing? WHere is the money coming from.

Any ideas will be much appreciated.
