    It is intriguing that Pacific Road have invested knowing that the monster Glencore is on the register and has the major financing agreement with YTC.
    The terms with Glencore announced 22 Nov 2012 say -
    YTC is not prevented from issuing more equity on terms it sees fit - but -.
    Glencore have a top-up right to maintain its interest at 9.9%.
