I think Paul Espie is looking at Ivan Glasenberg's comments a few months back (I think I alluded to them in an earlier post) about Glencore now looking for "bolt on acquisitions" and saw what a great opportunity YTC presented, all it requires is some confidence in the geology which they obviously have after doing extensive due diligence. Once that resource is proven up then I think it becomes a no brainer for Glencore with the CSA personnel and infrastructure just up the road.

Also note that Mr Espie used to be the Chairman of what is now Oz Minerals….another holding of Glencore's and rumored as a potential acquisition target.

This gets more interesting by the minute…...
