Santa, the employees in Poland would not be paying any tax to Australia.
The only tax the ATO would see from SAS would be income tax, and given it's not making taxable profits, SAS would not have paid a dollar in income tax to the ATO.
I'm not sure what your fascination with the Poland employees is to be honest. They're a means of cheap skilled labour.
