You have misinterpreted my post altogether.

The excess payment was for Peals as of the 8th Jan.
However, many things have changed since then (i.e., equatorial to global constellation).
So any excess payment towards the Pearls could "in good faith" be transferred towards the cost of the 6Us, after the 6U agreement was made.
That was my point, which you very quickly dismissed to suit your agenda.

But you know what, it could be possible that my interpretation of "excess funds" paid to GOM *may* be incorrect, because I don't know the finer details of the 6U contract - but you know what, you don't know either, so I guess we can both speculate until the cows come home.
