Of interest here is the chairman's address over at TNR regarding the cancellation of their funding agreement with La Jolla. TNR went down the same road MDV has with funding with the same result with the sp down to a point it couldn't go any further. Instead of consolidating shares like here and further eroding shareholder value they decided to terminate their agreement and refund using other less detrimental avenues. What a shame our management didn't go down the same road.
