He might have said that "We have enough funds to support the current operations and the early works program, but there will be an offtake early next week for LTH and then we will be getting the results from the Canada and may have another one or 2 offtakes and then a tin offtake and the SEZ will be ok by end of January and then finance will be approved after the SEZ gives security against sovereign risk which will give more finance comfort."

But I don't think that the ASX would have seen that in a good light. He can only tell you the facts "now" and that is "The Company is currently well funded to support the current operations and the early works program."
