Yes agreed. Multiple catalysts, each of which can trigger a re-rate. Each announcement further de-risks the project. Funding is the ultimate de risking event. It means an entity, with access to data that we are not privy to has determined they will get a return on their outlay. Once that is achieved then our SP starts to move to reflect metrics from the DFS. We know those metrics are conservative and further improvements are due with SEZ, in-fill drilling etc. Furthermore the team is confident they can triple the resource. Eventually other mines will be depleted and with dominance from our resource, smaller resources will struggle to compete.
