Sanga-Consulting Consortium SNI/SACODI,global financial partnership;

The Development Bank of Central Africa States (BDEAC)Interest in financing this project intergrator at the sub-region,both for the public for private parties;

Alucam-Alcan-Rio Tinto,in construction,equipment,operation of the terminal and an aluminium plant;

The African Development Bank (AFD) in financing the project and prposes to assume the leadership role of donors;

The French Development Agency (AFD)Interest in financing the project;

Doula Stock Exchange, Interest in financing the project;

The China Export-Import Bank, Interest in financing the project;

China Harbour Engineering Corporation, Interest in the construction of the entire port and terminal equipment;

China National Electric Corporation, Interest in the construction and equipment of terminals;

GEOVIC Cameroon,Interest as shipper cobalt/nickel;

Authentic-Developpers Corporation an Entrepreneur, Interest in construction of the project;

PAN-ISOX International Inc.(QUEBEC))Interest as operator and main concessionaire for financing,construction and operation of the port;

In addition,we have received expressions of interest from other partisipants on sheets of expression of expressions of interest.
