I tend to aggree, it is unlikely that the company will fold and they have a very good asset in place, it is interesting to note, that when it was at these levels last they had the excellent announcement out and the price moved quickly up to over 10c (albeight for a short time only) so what has changed since then? The answer is nothing untowards, the company is aware of the funding issue and they are working through it as has been identified.
So the question then begs who is doing the selling, there has been no change in major shareholder selling, therefore either shareholders who have lost faith, or just daytraders are pushing it up and down.
Overall, let us assume they will resolve the funding issues satisfactorily, PCI price remains on average at current levels then we are looking at a very good entry price. Yes there are the risks, however in this case they are known and based on the track record of management I firmly believe that they will not throw us out with the bath water.
