It is only reason I am in this stock. If they get a sniff of oil or gas in the permit, the shares will go into orbit.
So if RL Energy Pty Ltd has the majority ownership of the permit, then whoever may be the parties who have a vested interest in that company will be the winners.
Its not rocket science.
