To make it easy, I will summarise in bullet points below:
1) provide specific details of the better offers you claim to have knowledge of
2) where are you getting your inside knowledge of these better deals from
3) did you need to sign an Nda to get the info
4) how the total value of the "offers" equals $5M (the nominated ones adds to much less)
5) how much dilution is required for these offers
6) how much the company would need to give up for the funding offers
7) why the new "neutral board" apparently required for MMR to accept the funding is required to be aligned with BPH
