1.The Company has been exploring a NUMBER OF FINANCING OPTIONS. These could have included some straight debt; a raising’; a placement; some crazy hybrid etc.
2. The company is now in discussions with a NUMBER of financial investors regarding an INVESTMENT. The key word here is investment and a number of them must believe an investment is worthwhile as they will get a return at some stage, maybe in the long term. If it’s not debt, there is no immediate struggle to repay it. The investment is not necessarily diluting for normal shareholders as the investor could receive benefit in kind such as product supply price and priority for example. It’s all good I believe.
