Announcements can be read many ways, but with the timing issue, I think we need to start getting used to announcements coming out at that time of day. It's first thing in the morning in the UK, so means they can lodge announcements simultaneously, which must be easier. I am sure they could do the reverse as well (depending on time of year, daylight savings, etc), lodging after close in UK, before open here, maybe we can take it in turns!
