funding of capex

Hi everyone

Good to see the announcement by MES this morning.

I was thinking they may go ahead with the expansion soon and therefore raise equity too cheaply, so i am very happy to read that they are delaying this until world markets stabilise (which at the same time will mean a re-rate of MES share price and therefore less dilution when they do raise equity).
