Thanks for this Roger, but as we both know, ASIC maintains the register of all of the current board members, not the ASX.

A check of MEC Resources and Advent Energy on ASIC will find that Mr Breeze is not a current director.

One would have thought that f the removal was not done to ASICs satisfaction, then ASIC would have stepped in. The fact that the registers indicate that Mr Breeze is not a director, is a pretty good indication that his removal must have been done correctly.

Your other comments, Ms Ambrosini in Melbourne, well there certainly seems to have been a lot more action recently, so maybe it was a good move being closer to a larger investor base? As for your comments on destroying the company, really not sure where you were going with this...
