It seems the first funding offer was used to convince the Govt to award the tender to BRL? The Trojan horse offer to win the bid and knock out the competition. Now lets see if they really have a funding offer? In this market they would have lined up a few parties even under a off take scenario the major traders will be lining up. Then there are the IB and investment funds even a high interest loan to close the deal and a refinance in 12 months.
