Firstly- PE is not nothing..if it was it would have gone away along time ago....
Secondly- We dont have to wait a few years.. preliminary hearing are set for July..we'll no more then..
Thirdly- Your opinion that it will probably never happen is just that...your opinion..
What DB has stated is what has been reported numerous times and is as simple as it gets...Declaratory relief to allow PE either yes or no with no appeal...
Compensation can be talked up or down till the cows come home..its kin of irrelevant atm..
