My posted information is taken for the Actual JOA for the SNE JV Parties.
If Far cannot Fund their share of SNE development ,then there will be cash calls from the Operator.
The resulting clauses from the JOA, I clearly laid out in my previous post are fact, not here say nor just my opinion.
This information is the procedure for a JV Party in default.
Six months of non payment and you are out,no compensation, total loss of % Participating stake.
So yes, Far securing funding is a very big deal.
This is why I sit on the fence at present.
I also expect Meridian to make a takeover play for Far anytime soon.
