Parties can make what ever offer they like as i assume they need 75% surport or similar! - is it need 51% and at least 75% of sharesholdes must vote.

Unless they met the top 3 holders aspiration any TO it will go now where which is one of the reassuring thing about FAR and protetcion about a low offer as i think most need circa 8-10c to break even and will want some upside and happy to wait another coulpe of years.

So looking at the trading are we at thr bottom as assume we have a few million more to move and then the low hanging fruit has gone and will return to the nornal grind and anticipated slow recovery.  I think once these shares are mopped up it will be in "parties" interestes that the SP rises to protect their investment ands unlikely much more to shake off the tree.
