Just pointing out the facts really.
Some people who give little chance of arbitration win for FAR have one version the rest of us have another.....nothing wrong with that.
Some say FAR are dreaming some say they are not....I say arbitration will sort out who is right....as it should be.
Those that think however that for some mysterious reason the government are going to ignore an arbitrated outcome which they have laid down as the rules of engagement are deluded IMO.
All FAR needs is yes/no.
No is a full stop.
Yes becomes a problem for COP IMO. 
FAR have nothing to lose....zero same can't be said for others.
Paris under Senegalese law, never tested 3 people will decide.
No wonder Coleman is whining.  DB
