I guess you would have to dyor and find out how the two closest critical mineral companies were funded over the last decade
one being Pilbara mines
the other being lynas
I am confident that they would have had offtake agreements in place and that will also be the case here as it’s a small market and Australia has never produced niobium. The same would have probably been the same for lynas and also Pilbara as lithium was a fairly small market in 2015 when Pilbara was developed.
