Good observation but I think they already have clients that would probably pony up the money if all approvals are made and the bio fuel project flies. As you say based on project completion. The Geelong Council will probably be a backer as well as govt grants. The site from memory was selected and the pilot is to be built with the help of Worley. I guess the $3.5m would come on board when reality is observed. So hard to know but certainly a long way off at this stage.
They raised the $300,000 easily a few months back and they got the r&d funding from the Govt. There is still life in this old dog. It is a positive that Rockett is on board as he specialises is fixing these $$$ funding problems. He could be the one we needed all along.
