And I agree with that concept.
At least it's realistic by looking at the state of play, and not some "pie-in-the-sky-when-you-die" concept!!
Unfortunately it has come to this, a T/O is the only option.
I still say that someone knew it was on the cards long before it bacame a possibility........But we will never know for sure, will we??!!
