Regarding the implant rate, you're right in one sense, it took a slight downturn month by month, however it still looks alright on the long term chart.

The pattern seems to be that it doesn't increase month by month but rather it accelerates to a new level every 18 months or so and then maintains this average (although month by month it can be a bit up and down). The last time was Feb this year where it took a significant jump in the monthly rate.

I can email you the implant rate chart if you want. It has all the implants since their first one. I've been maintaining this graph for a while. Alternatively I can post it to Sh*re Sc*ne cause that is easier for posting pictures.
