I am very positive on this product, however management, their salaries and their history gives me absolutely no confidence.
The current fund raising is short term only and dilutes existing holdings by 15%.
Any further funding is going to require a substantial capital investment. (Sentiment does not pay the bills.) And anyone who does it, you can be sure will be looking to have his cake and eat it too.
I'm out now at a considerable loss. Will only go back in when I see the coffers have been filled up, but not at my expence.
VCR is still on its way down until the capital issue is resolved and this includes management cutting their extreme renumeration.

IMO this fund raising will fail. SP will collapse. Takeover offer by some US predator.
