1) Assuming that Kibaran obtains USD$40 million from KfW IPEX bank, what is the probability that USD$30 million will be applied for from Nedbank?
2) Are there any covenants applicable to the KfW IPEX bank loan that specify a required debt to equity ratio for Kibaran?
3) What are the covenants related to raising further debt?
If anyone could ask these questions and report the answers back I would greatly appreciate it. Thanks.
