Andrew is limited to what he can say to an individual, there are very strict rules
He may have given a bit more of a story/background which gave me a lot more confidence and filled some gaps/assumptions of mine.
I believe he is heavily invested himself and is the right man for the job
Don't take my word for it... I'm sure if you have genuine concerns he would've happy to discuss them with you. he is very approachable
