now look at his choices and his actions -

Option 1 - A . he knows the deal is going south...
Action 1 - A . he can sell his shares now but he would get roasted for the rst of his life for selling BEFORE this news is ann to the public....

So far he has not sold, so that is out of the way for us to discuss further

Option 1 - B. he knows the deal is going south...
Action 1- B : he buys more on the market

He has bought more recently, but he does not need to buy more if he has knowledge of the deal turning sour... he has nothing to gain by throwing money at 18c when he can buy the same at even half the current sp if the deal falls through... plus, he doesn't look like a man possessed to buy when there is bad news around the corner that he is privy to know off...

Option 2. he knows the deal is still XXXXX weeks away but no alarm belss yet
Action 2 - A : he can buy or sell or just twiddle his thumbs

he is buying on the market as seen by the recent ann

Option 2 - B. he has very good feeling about the deal as it is "imminent"
Action 2 - B - he can buy or sell or just twiddle his thumbs

he is buying...

Based on the 4 scenarios above, I think his current buy sends us a signal... just up to us to do what we want to do with it...
