You clearly have no idea of the environmental conditions in my Country.
The key figures of Thysson are under current circumstances not bad and they have incredibly money reserves. Also the new Strategy of Volkswagen, BMW and other german manufacturer offers great opportunities.
MNS and other Player were in negosiations with TK - without result.
The partnership with TK and KFW is an outstanding basis for KNL and for an finance deal.
MNS and KNL persue different strategies - at the moment MNS is a big step ahead - no grounds for worry.
