    Does the 600km to port or the requirement for 300km of transmission lines disturb anyone about this stock?...is ATQ's destiny to end up as a minorty holder (eg 10%) of a much larger government sponsored infrastructure conglomerate?....I cant see any banks lending ATQ a few billion for development...so relinqueshing equity would appear to be the only way forward?....
