I suggest you re-read the BFS documents and our previous ASX announcements and stop looking for problems where there aren't any.

ATQ is not funding the power plant or any of the infrastructure associated with the power plant.

ATQ is seeking to earn an equity interest in the power plant and power sales from the power plant by completing the BFS on the power plant through the Tancoal JV, but it is not contributing to project financing for the power plant or any of the associated power transmission infrastructure.

As I said, ATQ is seeking to develop a coal mining operation. I don't know anything about Key Petroleum and frankly it has no bearing on ATQ. ATQ's joint venture partner in this project is the Tanzanian Government, which owns 30% of the Tancoal JV. ATQ is entirely satified that the development of the Ngaka coal project enjoys the highest level of support from the Tanzanian Government.

I will repeat for your benefit - ATQ is a coal exploration company with ambitions to become a coal mining company in the near future: not a power company, not a transport infrastructure developer/ owner, not a project finance company and certainly not Key Petroleum (whoever they are).

Before you make any further posts about ATQ, I recommend you re-read all the announcements ATQ has put out regarding its plans to develop the Ngaka coalfields and conduct the BFS.

You wil see this is a clever, dynamic and visionary Australian Company with a fantatsic opportunity to create value for its shareholders through the development of a strategic,long-term energy project that will bring economic development and prosperity to millions and millions of people.

And with over 200 million tonnes of coal resources already confirmed and the potential to substantially increase these resources through current drilling, I would suggest to you its substantially under-valued and a great buy at current prices.
