I was one of the unlucky holders when BAL SP crashed back in December (lost abour $4K).
Recently got an email reminding me to sign some documents. I am not familiar with all the legalese, so could somebody give me an idea of potential further financial liability that I would be undertaking by signing, especially given the amount I lost from the SP crash. So is it worth it, and would I have another bad surprise because of legal costs?
