Too right Brendan,
Class action in this case is a self defeating act for those still holding. Even if successful the participants will only receive what is left over after the bloated legal fees are taken into consideration which won't be much considering the precarious financial state BAL is currently in.
Even though BAL management screwed
Up big time they are now cash strapped at the same time they are chasing someone with Chinese certification to manufacture IF for them while you guys are forcing them to concurrently fund and fight the CA you guys are instigating against them.
You are looking for revenge but in doing so may start the process of bringing this once high flying company to its knees or God forbid even worse.
I have no holding here and am a big holder of A2 experience and has shown by bringing this CA against them you could be cutting off your nose in the process and planting the seeds of doom that could lead to very demise of the company you have financial equity in. I feel sorry for you as it could of been me but I think instigating the CA at this time against the company is self defeating.
GLTAH.
