i think i have read on HC early this year that the company revisited it's insurance coverage late last year so suspect it has more than the basic coverage?
The sad thing is that BAL was/is potentially a great company with a unique offering that has been ruined by incompetence of previous management/directors.
With new management and directors i can only but hope it will deliver on it's promise in the longer term.
