seals you know that project funding thingy we were talking about y'day?

Well, in a nutshell, our project guys would look at something in the vicinity of 50-70% debt - the rest in equity. It depends on the company but it would be safe to say that the smaller the miner the closer to 50/50 we get. Now, the mix can also vary depending on whether you fund the equipment under an Export Credit Agency structure which effectively takes out performance/payment risk. Furthermore, it would be prudent for UCL (and this would be asked for under the project lend imo) that they have offtake contracts for up to 60ish% of the concentrate for up to 3-5 years. There is obviously a lot more to it but I hope that makes sense?

i think I need to put a term sheet and powerpoint presentation together ....... lol
