FANTASTIC NEWS!!
From my understanding, $1 million of Peel's expenditure has been reimbursed (for the last quarter) and a further $750k (of the $1.5 million cash call) has been provided for this quarter. That means the remaining $750k can be 'called' upon by PEX when required, and the 2nd tranche of the joint venture shall be complete.
Verdict: FUNDING SECURED!!
