Roscoe, I've wondered the same thing, what actually is required regarding the CLC? For all we know from the company, it cou ld be a case of an entirely new agreement being required right through to a courtesy meeting to tell the CLC about TNG's new plans.
The silence on this issue from the company makes me suspect the former.
Some clarity would be welcome. Also the approach they are taking and timelines.
