Totally concur with your sentiment. My identity is clear so no anonymity here but whilst the global thematic for critical minerals, clean energy and the geopolitical environment creates a funnel of opportunities for companies like TNG (including technological innovation) I’m yet to see a world class project come to fruition with a Board that is not as fit as the project itself. We are now at a critical point where there needs to be a recognition that we must reset the Board with appropriate talent, a tier 1 chair and capability that is fit to get us to final permitting, financing and FID and through construction and towards production. The current micro Board and PB alone cannot. There must be a reckoning day soon that a Board reset is required. Look at the announcement this week by CXO as a case in point!
