correction - EU summit does kick off tonight ... with dinner. So they should solve the EU crisis, world famine and a cure for most human disease by the time the dessert wine is served. Seriously though, I am sure they will pull the rabbit out of the hat this time, because they know they won't get any more chances - I have even added to my portfolio in last few days (PRU) and holding happily to GTE for the LT - if I thought otherwise, I would only hold cash til Monday, but I think if the worst happens, I can get out then before too much damage.
