    With respect, Lowkey, if the Board aren't aware of retail shareholder pain by now-they must be on another planet. But I agree their proposed 'performance shares' allocation should be voted down. To be faIr, though, what can they do about share manipulation? That is, if they're not savvy to what's going on?
