This article makes for great reading and suggests a deal done in September with what looks like the Phillipines wealth fund. IMO corporate presentation’s are always released within a month of a deal. Volume has changed to buyers and wonder if it could be JV or funding.
On holidays at the moment so haven’t been able to see much on HC so apologies if someone has already posted this article.
