A commercial operation will involve upwards of 20 wells (hard to estimate until flow rates and temperatures are measured), and without guaranteed access to equipment, this could take many months, even years.
GRK proposes shallow (comparatively speaking) holes, but will nonetheless need cutting edge drilling technology to deal with the pressures and temperature.
It just seems hiring a rig for such a time-consuming process is very restrictive, and also puts a limit on the future scaling-up of the operation.
